The office is conveniently located east of the 101 Freeway and Bell Road. Once exiting Bell road, head east and after passing 98th street, make a right into the office complex on your right side. The office is located on the south east corner of Bell and 98th street.
Appointment Length
Initial Adult: 60 Minutes
Initial Child/Adolescent: 90 Minutes
Follow Up Appointment: 25 Minutes for all
Payment/ Insurance
Payment is due at the time of the Visit. All Credit Cards, Check and Cash are accepted for payment.
